How net profit is calculated
Profit sharing is based on agreed net profit, not gross sales. The exact calculation method should be defined in the client agreement. Depending on the business arrangement, direct costs may include:
- Product sourcing cost
- Marketplace commissions and transaction fees
- Advertising or promoted-listing fees
- Courier and shipping-label charges
- Warehousing and fulfilment charges
- Refunds and returns
- Other pre-approved direct selling expenses
Optional UK fulfilment
Clients using our account management service may also choose ZA Wholesale 3PL services for inventory receiving, storage, pick and pack, and dispatch. Account-management fees and fulfilment charges are separate unless specifically agreed in writing.
Marketplace risk and responsibility
eBay, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy and Vinted are independent third-party marketplaces. They may request verification, restrict listings, hold payments, apply selling limits, suspend accounts or close accounts under their own policies.
ZA Wholesale cannot guarantee account approval, continued access, sales, revenue or profitability, and is not responsible for independent marketplace decisions where ZA Wholesale has acted within the agreed service scope. Clients must provide genuine, accurate and legally compliant business, identity, product and supplier information.
Client ownership
The marketplace account and underlying business remain owned by the client. ZA Wholesale acts as the appointed account-management service provider under the agreed contract.
