Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and eligibility.
1 Return & Refund Timeframe
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes the right to cancel your order for any reason, in line with UK consumer protection law, in addition to returns for defective or incorrect items.
2 Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All accessories must be included
Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective.
3 Wrong or Defective Items
If you received:
- The wrong item, or
- A defective/damaged item
We will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Evidence Requirement: To help us verify any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, we strongly recommend recording a clear, unedited video while opening your package. This helps us resolve claims faster and more accurately.
Claims can still be submitted without a video, but processing may take longer.
4 No Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind about a non-defective item, you may still return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. In this case:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item
This applies to situations such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong product by mistake, or finding it cheaper elsewhere. Please review product details carefully before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.
5 Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
6 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases unless the item arrived defective.
7 Return Authorization Required
Please contact our support team before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
